I came across this mannequin saluting the sun on a beach somewhere on the beautiful Beara Peninsula in the South West of Ireland....

Taken a few years ago, that’s my hand with a henna tattoo on it. It took days to wash off and started to look like I had scalded my hand. It seemed like a good idea at the time...

On Sunday we had a visit from Daniel and his dad, Joe. The speed at which this child can run is astonishing : ) I was worn out after a couple of laps of the garden....

A few pics I took on the walk down to the village for the papers this morning. Lots of people out enjoying the snow, it was more like a summer’s day than winter – great fun.
