I took this in a very dark church in a small town in the Tuscany hills. I loved how the face was lit up and the shadow that was cast behind. It’s a hand-held shot and I have to admit that I took several (loads) of this statue in a bid to get what I wanted, but I’m happy enough with this. Baby Jesus’s face is in a bit of a white-out but overall I like this picture and it brings back nice memories of a trip to Tuscany last...
A Reflective Pint

This was a shoot from the hip/upper chest area while trying to look nonchalant in the pub moment. I liked how the man reading the paper was reflected in the small mirror behind the bar. I’m thinking I probably should have cropped out the face in the far right, but it’s posted now.
Skerries Windmills

On a very chilly January day, myself and Jason joined in with Peter Donegan’s Garden Group for our fifth trip out. Peter is a gentleman, a genius and a landscape gardener extraordinaire and has organised all of these trips off his own bat and they’ve all been brilliant. How To Save A Photo As A JPEG In Lightroom?
posted by Jennifer Farley
If you’re a Photoshop user you’re probably very familiar with the Save, Save As and Save For Web And Devices options which all allow you to save an image as a JPEG. It’s not surprising then that when you start using Lightroom, you might be wondering what the equivalent command is. Well there is no Save command, but there is an Export command which allows you to export a file as a JPEG, TIFF, DNG or a Photoshop PSD. The process is fairly straightforward and as well as just exporting, there are a number of automated features you can set-up as your photo is exported. 1. In the Library module in Lightroom, select the photographs you want...
